Shipping & Return Policy
SHIPPING
Collagenx, Inc. ships products within the United States including all military zip codes. (sorry Canada we're just not ready yet, we still love you tho).
Detailed information on shipping times and costs will be provided at checkout.
All shipments are registered with a tracking number, included in the email confirmation sent after purchase. Shipping time is approximately 3 to 5 days. Deliveries to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number.
To be eligible for a refund, please email us at team@collagenx.com with your issue;
- if the packaging was broken please send a picture.
- if the taste was bad please explain.
- or if the item was never received please email us the order number.
- Anything else happen? please explain in the email. :)
Our 30-day refund guarantee is valid only to U.S. customers who purchased products from our official Shopify website.
We do not refund the handing and original shipping cost on returns where the order was successfully delivered to the customer, return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.

Sadly, we’re not able to process returns from retail locations and stores, as they’re separate purchasing platforms. Reach out to your store directly so that they can help!
Our warehouse team (they are the best!) processes and packages orders Monday-Friday to make sure you’re never far from your Collagenx cans!
